Short, because there is very little to describe.

What this website collects
Nothing. These pages are static files. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no cookie set by us, no embedded video, no web font loaded from someone else's server and no contact form. Your browser makes requests to this site and to nowhere else.
The one piece of interactive code on the site is a menu button that opens and closes the navigation on a narrow screen. It stores nothing and sends nothing.
What the hosting provider sees
The site is served from Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, it records standard request data — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — in order to serve pages and defend against abuse. We do not connect that data to any individual, and we do not build profiles from it.
What we keep when you call
If you telephone +1 (904) 605-5889 and book a visit, we write down what we need to do the job: your name, the service address, a contact number, the appliance and its fault, and afterwards the work performed and the parts fitted. We keep that record because a warranty claim depends on it and because tax law requires us to retain invoices.
We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to a marketing company. It is shared only where the job requires — with a parts supplier to order the correct component, or with a payment processor to take payment.
Manufacturer relationship
We are an independent company and we do not report customer information to Thermador or BSH Home Appliances. There is no channel through which we could — no relationship exists between us.
Your requests
Call the number above to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will delete anything not required for an open warranty period or by record-keeping law.
Children
This is an appliance repair site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not run one.
