Terms

What it costs, and what is covered

No trip-charge games, no ranges that turn into something else once we are in the kitchen.

  1. You call and we book a window

Scheduled appointments during posted hours. We do not run emergency or after-hours service, and we will tell you honestly if the soonest slot is next week.

  2. Flat $129 diagnostic

A flat $129 diagnostic covers the visit and the diagnosis. It is credited toward the repair if you go ahead with the work.

  3. Written estimate before anything opens up

You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labor begins. Nothing is opened up on a maybe.

  4. Genuine OEM parts, then the warranty

Labor is warranted 90 days. Genuine OEM parts are warranted 365 days from the date of installation.

Credentials

What we actually hold

Only what is genuinely held is listed. Nothing else.

  • EPA Section 608 certified technicians for sealed-system refrigerant work
  • Licensed and insured in the State of Florida
  • Genuine OEM parts only — no aftermarket substitutes

We are an independent shop. We are not a Thermador authorized service center and we do not claim to be one.
