Book a visit
Phone is fastest. Have the model number off the rating plate if you can find it — it saves a trip for the wrong part.
Call
We answer during posted hours and return messages left outside them on the next working day.
Book online
Booking runs on separate scheduling software at nexfield.pro and opens in a new tab. The telephone and that link are the only two ways to reach us — there is no contact form and no published email address.

Before you call
- The appliance type and roughly how old it is
- The model number from the rating plate, if it is reachable
- What the appliance does — the symptom, in your own words
- Whether it is still doing it, or only sometimes
Terms are on the pricing page and the warranty page. The questions we are asked most often are on the FAQ, and what we repair is on the repairs index.
Before you call
What is the fastest way to book a visit?
The telephone, during posted hours. The booking page on nexfield.pro takes a request at any hour and we confirm it against the diary, but a call gets you a straight answer about the soonest honest slot rather than a request sitting in a queue.
Is there an email address or a contact form?
No, and there is not going to be one. Two channels are kept because two are what we can answer properly: the telephone and the booking link. A form nobody watches is worse than no form at all when an appliance has stopped working.
What should I have to hand when I call?
The appliance, roughly how old it is, and the symptom in your own words — what it does, when it does it, and whether it does it every time. If the rating plate is reachable, the model and serial together are worth more than any description.
